Originally from Great Britain, Janet emigrated to Canada after obtaining a B. Sc. Hons mathematics degree from Southampton University.

She has a keen interest in people and this is what drew her to the field of astrology over 25 years ago. Having taught classes since 1990, she is one of the original members of the Canadian Association for Astrological Education (CAAE). She served as President from 2004 until 2010.

Following a management career where she ended up as a senior executive for one of Canada\'s largest pension plans, Janet now offers astrology classes for those interested in exploring possible connections between our world and the cosmos.

To consolidate her knowledge, Janet is currently studying for a Masters Degree through the University of Wales in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology.

Believing that the mind/body connection is important, Janet strives to maintain an active lifestyle which includes exercise, yoga, reiki and teaches indoor cycling classes two times a week.

I am an astrology teacher minted by the CAAE as a professionally accredited astrologer.

I have studied astrology for years, practiced it for the last several, and it is safe to say that besides the people i love, it is my greatest passion- especially because it breeds tolerance and understanding.

I completed half of an honors degree in journalism (Kings) and a full degree in theatre (Dalhousie) and I have taught voice, piano and theatre. Recently, I became a Certified Coach Practitioner and i also retook my Standard First Aid and CPR Training so if something happens to you while you are in my class- i can save your life:)

I worked in theatre (troupes/collectives/professional productions) and music (composing/indie band) for most of my twenties, and then in my thirties i studied astrology and psychosynthesis. Through it all- i waited tables so now, i work days as a restaurant manager and practice astrology on the side while teaching on the weekends.

Anne Massey, C.A.P., has been a consulting astrologer since 1988. In 2006 Llewellyn published her book, Venus: Her Cycles, Symbols and Myth, an in-depth look at the astrology of Venus, from cycles to mythological foundations to aspects of Venus, and Venus in each sign.

Anne has written horoscope columns since 1991, these are also available on her website www.astrologicallyspeaking.com, along with articles, astrology lessons and analysis on the cycles. Anne also writes an astrology blog www.annemassey.ca and has a Finnish-Language website www.astrotieto.com.

Anne offers courses, workshops and private tutoring session to teach the art and science of astrology and to prepare students for the examinations, which lead to professional certification. Many of her students have successfully completed the CAAE level III and the ISAR competency exam.

Anne is the current and past president of the Fraser Valley Astrological Guild. Massey is the International VP of ISAR for Canada for the International Society for Astrological Research and a member of the Finnish Astrological Association and NCGR. Anne has been active in promoting astrology and serving the astrological community for over 20 years.

Since May 2005 and has administered the CAAE (Canadian Association for Astrological Education) Certification Exams in British Columbia. Anne is an associate member of the CAAE. Joan Ann completed three years of Astrological Studies at Robin Armstrong\'s School of Astrology and has achieved the Canadian Association for Astrological Education\'s (CAAE) third level of certification. Milada began the studies of Astrology many years ago self-taught, inspired by the work of great European astrologers, especially Mile Dupor. Researching different metaphysical subjects, while studying Eastern mysticism, Vedic philosophy, Sanskrit and devotional music, she had also written poetry and published some of her poetry work and essays coincidentally shortly after discovering astrology as a powerful self-realization tool at age 16.

Milada achieved the Advanced Natal Astrology – CAAE Level III Certification in 2004 and graduated with her Astrological Counselling Diploma in 2009 (Dipl. CAAE). She has had a privilege of advancing her astrological education under the mentorship of Ron Bippus, Janet Markham, Joan Gibbins, Ursula Fugger, Donna Van Toen and Christina Becker.

While working full-time in the inside sales sector of the premium promotional and incentive business as a Director of Customer Service & Human Resources, she is currently advancing her education through the Human Resources Management program at Ryerson University & Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and working towards completing her CHRP Designation (CHRP Candidate, 2010).

Together with her husband and two children, Milada Sakic has been a resident of Toronto since 1996. Back home in Sarajevo, Bosnia her father is a devoted Vedic Astrologer.

Dawn Muncaster is the vice president of the Fraser Valley Astrologer Guild, based in the Vancouver-Fraser Valley area of British Columbia, Canada. She is a consulting astrologer, teacher, speaker, a pastoral counselor and spiritual seeker of the mysteries of life. Dawn has written a series of astro-spiritual articles called “Music of the Spheres” which is published on her website www.dawnastrology.com.

In addition, she has written columns and articles for community magazines and the Fraser Valley Astrological Guild website on various spiritual and astrological topics. She is passionate about her work and has lectured at the Soul Awareness Society, The Astrology Guild and for various spiritual groups. Dawn has great enthusiasm for the hidden astrological/numerical messages in the Bible, the metaphysical and esoteric teachings of the real Jesus, the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, the compassion of Buddhism, the Science of Numbers and the Mystical Kabbalah, psychology, and astrology. Eventually, after years of introspection and study, Dawn has come to know the Bible as one of the most mystical, astrological and metaphysical books ever written, and is warmly enthusiastic about its many levels of interpretation. After experiencing a mystical and life changing bio-chemical spiritual awakening Dawn began a spiritual quest to research, understand, and integrate the phenomena of Kundalini awakening and multi-dimensional states of consciousness. She has studied many of the mystical and metaphysical teachings of astrology and spirituality for the past fifteen years. As her interest grew she developed a new way of reading an astrological chart by using numerology and geometria. And because she is one of those detailed Virgo's, she has a great interest in the Sabian Symbols, degrees as signatures and symbols, and fixed stars. She's into changing patterns and DNA! Dawn is also working on a book based on her Kundalini and rebirth experience, where she will illustrate the correlation between the numbers in the birth chart and scripture passages, and share the spiritual wisdom and revelations given to her through mystical states of consciousness.

Joan\'s working career has centred on Information Technology within the financial and technology industries. She has held a variety of executive positions including Senior Technical & Senior Project Management, and has managed groups up to 150 people. Joan has also been the recipient of many prestigious awards, was selected for several specialized training opportunities & exclusive mentoring programs.

Joan has been studying Astrology for several years. She has completed the CAAE Certificate Third Level - Advanced Astrology & all Diploma Courses successfully; shortly will complete the final for the Diploma Level. Joan is currently the President of the Astrology Toronto Inc (ATi) Board; she first joined the board as a Member-at-Large & has been active in supporting the Board in their direction & achievements over the last few years. Further, Joan has volunteered assistance to CAAE on a number of occasions & has provided support to SOTA & other local astrologers. She is a member of several astrological organisations, including ATi; Associate Member of CAAE; and NCGR.

Joan is a firm believer in the benefits of a structured approach to learning the art and science of Astrology. She has found the discipline and focus provided by the CAAE curriculum achieves this while still providing ample opportunities for networking, discussions and mentoring.

Kelly is passionate about astrology and respected for her insight and knowledge. A professional Astrologer and writer since 2002, Kelly offers private readings to clients around the globe. Kelly has lectured internationally and is known for her inspiring and informative teaching style. Her astrology articles and columns regularly appear in a variety of international titles, including the Mountain Astrologer. Kelly is both editor of and a contributor to the annual WellBeing Astrology Guide (Australia).

Kelly holds the \"Practitioners Diploma in Astrology\" (Prac. Dip.) from the Federation of Australian Astrologers (FAA) and a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and Life Care from Nature Care College.

Robin Armstrong, has been a professional astrologer since 1970. He has completed level four of CAAE program. He is an international speaker and is well known for radio and televisions shows across USA & Canada. Robin’s Zodiac Predictions have been read by millions on his website www.thewakingdream.net and on Sympatico. Both Robin and RASA (Robin Armstrong School of Astrology) have been approved by PAI (Professional Astrologers Inc.). He has taught astrology for over 38 years. He has been active in the founding of several astrology organizations and has championed the formation of astrological libraries (IAO Research Library of Divine Sciences, Parapsychology and the Healing Arts; Project Alexandria (AFAN); the Star Centre Astrology Library and presently digital libraries). Robin has authored and edited numerous books and journals; designed and built the Celestial Harp (a 72 stringed musical instrument to play a person’s horoscope); and recently Robin completed the construction of Forest Woodhenge (a woodhenge of 126 posts). Wynne began studying astrology in 1983 through the British Faculty of Astrological Studies, earning the FAS Diploma in 1990. Since then she has been a consultant astrologer in and around Halifax, Nova Scotia. She also gives public lectures on astrology, teaches classes and workshops, and has written a number of articles for The Mountain Astrologer magazine. From 1993 to 2003 she tutored the Faculty's correspondence courses, guiding over 150 students through various levels of astrological instruction. This year she begins tutoring the CAAE correspondence courses.

Wynne’s passion for astrology is coupled with a longstanding interest in religion and spirituality. She has a BA in Religious Studies from Saint Mary's University, Halifax, and her MA in Religion and Modernity from Queen's University, Kingston, focuses on contemporary Western astrology. An excerpt of her Master’s Essay is available on her website. Wynne is currently a part-time faculty member at Saint Mary’s, teaching courses in religion and culture.

Donna Van Toen is a certified professional astrologer (NCGR-IV) based in Toronto, Canada. She has 28 years of consulting experience and 26 years of teaching experience.

Over the past 25 years, Donna has lectured extensively throughout the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, presenting lectures at international and regional conferences and workshops for various astrology groups.

Donna is a member of AFAN, ISAR, NCGR, and Astrology Toronto. She has been the recipient of the AFAN Community Service Award, the Astro-Rama Award for Outstanding Contributions to Astrological Education and both the Mercury and Saturn Awards from FCA Canada. She is a past President of Astrology Toronto, past President of the UAC Board, an NCGR advisor, and is currently AFAN Presiding Officer. She has also served four two-year terms on the AFAN Steering Committee.

Donna is also the founder and convenor of \"SOTA\", the State Of The Art conference, Canada\'s annual Astrology Conference, which is currently held in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

An eclectic astrologer known for her sense of humour, clear presentation style, fair-mindedness, and common sense, Donna\'s specialties include vocational astrology, relationship astrology, Western metaphysical astrology, aspect theory, and life purpose/personal empowerment work. She is available in person or by phone for consultations, and is willing to give lectures or workshops anywhere in the world. She is also willing to tutor in person or by email. Locally, her Saturday seminars are popular and enjoyable as are her classes, both of which are kept small to facilitate learning.

Nadya enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge of astrology and all the esoteric studies she has undertaken. She completed the Advanced Astrology - CAAE Level III Certification and is close to achieving the diploma level.

Her interests are metaphysical and spiritual studies. Nadya has been studying Alice Bailey (The Tibetan) Agni Yoga, Theosophy and A Course in Miracles for more then 15 years. She is currently a board member of The Toronto Theosophical Society and Astrology Toronto Inc. She is also an associate member of The Canadian Association for Astrological Education.

Nadya is offering Level 1 Astrology classes in the Richmond Hill area.

VANESSA RAE began her astrology studies in 1974 while attending high school in St. Catherines, Ontario. From there she studied with a variety of private tutors in the United States and England and through classes with the Canadian Association for Astrological Education (CAAE) in Toronto.

When she completed the 3-year curriculum with CAAE (which included relationship and predicative courses, numerous astrology conferences and workshops), she discovered her true calling was teaching astrology to others, and her passions were both teaching and astrology.

To augment her astrology knowledge, she taught for 2 years at Sheridan College and took an extensive teaching course entitled “Teaching skills for part- time faculty members” at Mohawk College.

Vanessa is presently teaching a Level One astrology course entitled “You and Astrology” in Guelph. Her current students enjoy her teaching methods for many reasons, but mainly because she provides a safe environment which enables them to learn by disclosing personal aspects of their lives.

Astrology is a wonderful tool for self-discovery and in Vanessa’s classes the students share their diverse personalities through their astrology charts, with respect and acceptance of each other’s differences.

Alison’s career in astrology began in 1980, when she spent three years achieving a diploma from the South African College for Astrological Studies in Johannesburg. This extensive training covered natal and predictive work. Alison has a Certificate from the Faculty of Astrological Studies, London, England. During August 2008 she attended their summer school at Oxford University intensely focussing on predictive work. She is very active in improving her astrological accreditations.

Whilst living in Johannesburg she worked with clients using natal chart analysis and had a modest astrology practice there in the 80’s. Moving to Cape Town she created a private consulting and teaching practice for beginners and advanced students. Now enjoying living in Canada since 2002 Alison has acquired a vibrant astrology business based in Oakville, Ontario. Where she offers personal consulting, teaching weekly classes, lecturing and writing. She has contributed horoscope articles to community astrology newsletters and has her work published in Dell Horoscope magazine. Her in-person student base is drawn from the Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Hamilton areas and she is currently teaching astrology via Skype to students in North America.

Alison enjoys paediatric astrology, focusing on developing the latent talents suggested by the chart and bringing them to the attention of the parents. She also has an interest in the patterns inherent in genealogical astrology spanning generations. She loves the astronomy of astrology. Her recent work is focussed on vocational signatures as shown in the natal chart. She prefers working with developing the psychology within a chart using traditional western methods and Placidus cusps. Astrology is her passion. Alison routinely works with Chiron and has recently begun inviting Eris and Sedna into her charts.

Bryan holds two degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University: a double-honours B.A. in History and Religion & Culture and an M.A. in Religion & Culture. His graduate thesis was the translation of a twelfth-century Latin manuscript treatise about love written by one of the leaders of the Crusades.

Astrology chose Bryan in the late 1980s but he incubated it for a long time before doing anything with it. He began with Taoist Chinese Astrology and he still considers that to be his first passion. Western astrology came later. Bryan enrolled in the CAAE program the second year of its existence and began teaching astrology in the mid 1990s. He has been a fixture at Canadian conferences for nearly twenty years and has lectured in both Canada and the United States. He has been published in both \\\"The Mountain Astrologer\\\" and in the ISAR journal \\\"The International Astrologer\\\".

Bryan has taught levels I, II and III of the CAAE curriculum and hopes to be soon contributing his knowledge to new courses for the CAAE, in particular on Chinese astrology and on mundane astrology.

Catherine Comuzzi is a psychotherapist, educator, consultant and trainer. She holds graduate degrees in counseling psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. She also has an extensive background and training in Spiritual Psychology, Psychosynthesis, Relational and Jungian Psychology.

Under the direction of the CAAE Education committee, Catherine will be teaching the Consulting for Astrologers Course in Winter 2012

Melanie Joy has studied astrology for ten years under one of Canada’s most cutting edge astrologers, Monica Orlowski, and with the Canadian Association for Astrological Education (CAAE).

In addition to using some modern Western astrology techniques, Melanie relies heavily on the chart interpretation methods of Jean Baptiste Morin de Villefranche. Morin was a 17th century French astrologer, physician and mathematician who wrote a 26-book treatise on astrology and natural philosophy, Astrologia Gallica, that sets out a systematic and practical astrological approach. Morin intended the work to cull a reasoned and elegant system of horoscope interpretation from what he saw as a compromised Western astrological history. His approach is one of synthesis, that is, to see the natal chart as a unit.

\"With only astrological analysis through modern Western astrology techniques, the chart remains lifeless, \"Melanie explains. \"When I was first introduced to Morin\'s method, it felt like I had finally found that missing link. I couldn\'t believe how quickly I could look at a chart and understand the essence of the person living and breathing this chart. Morin\'s method of synthesis animates the chart and makes it come alive.\"

Chart synthesis requires speed. In order to attain speed, you need good work habits, good process and a solid methodology; this will be the focus of Melanie\'s teachings. She is grateful to have learned this technique and looks forward to passing it onto aspiring astrologers.

A former college teacher, Melanie holds a Master\'s degree in professional writing and communications. In addition to practising and teaching astrology, she works in communications for the public sector and is also an award-winning singer-songwriter.

Reagan has been aligning her clients toward deeper insight since 2009, with her unique brand of R*Jem Astrology. This is a special blending of ASTROLOGY data and PERSONHOOD principals that enhance understanding of self and others. Her astrological consulting & classes act as a catalyst for smooth & up-lifting change that is sure to touch the intangible yet soul driven urges that compel the human condition.

Reagan was introduced to astrology by her mother and has been actively listening, learning and reading about astrology since the age of five. She began professional studies with the CAAE in the year 2000 and has studied under one of the founding members, Joan Gibbins.

A former Human Resources Manager, Reagan holds a Leadership Certification, a Diploma in Business Administration and a certificate in Human Resources Management. She has creative pursuits in The Arts & Fashion as she holds certification in Fashion Photographic Makeup & Hairstyling and certification in Professional Image Consulting. In her spare time she escapes into reading on astrology, world theologies and current events and often she depends on music to ignite her creative process.

Of recent she is actively volunteering with the CAAE and has begun teaching Level One Astrology for the CAAE, she continues to offer Personal Astrology Sessions, Seminars & Socials in Brampton, Ontario.
