Courses

The CAAE is currently offering 9 different courses of study.

Certificates for Basic Astrology - Level I, Intermediate Astrology - Level II, Advanced Astrology - Level III, and the Mathematics of Astrology are awarded upon successful completion of examinations with a 70 % or greater passing mark. Examinations for these courses are held 2 times per year (May & November) in locations across Canada.

There are no examinations for Vocational Astrology, Astrology of Relationship, Horary Astrology, Chart Rectification & Counselling Skills for Astrologers. Students are required to successfully complete assignments for these courses.

  • Level 1 Astrology- White Rock, BC
  • Level 1 Astrology- Module 2- BCCaae Level 1 - Module 2 classes to begin October 6th, 7-9 pm ($25 per class)
  • Level 1- ManitobaLevel 1 Astrology - covering astrology basics. Offered by Manitoba Astrology Association.
  • Level 1 Astrology- BCThis series of 10 Sunday workshops, total of approx. 50 hours of instruction, is designed to lay a solid foundation for astrological analysis beginning with basics. This course will also provide students with the tools to write the CAAE Level I. We will look at astrological concepts from both contemporary and Hellenistic perspective. Charts of participants will be used to illustrate concepts and delineation.

  • Online Basic AstrologyWill be held during the Winter Semester; January 04, 2010. Basic Astrology [p]- 8 classes; total cost $176.00 CAN. Text - The Everything Astrology Book [p]by Trish MacGregor. Classes are sent out every Tuesday by email, and [p]questions are answered through the week. There is no final exam. [p]

Class material [p]sent every Tuesday, and questions answered each week via email. Text - Any [p]major transit book. Robert Hands - Planets in transit is recommended, but [p]may now be unavailable.

  • Level 11 Refresher - Toronto4 week course in preparation for the Spring 2010 examination
  • Level 2 Astrology- Ongoing- BCCaae Level 2 - On going classes continue on Wednesdays, 7-9 pm - This is a study and discussion group for astrological and spiritual insights ($25 per class)

  • Level Three Astrology
  • Level 3- The 1st semester of 4Level Three Astrology Classes will be held over four semesters. The first eight week course (20 hours) will begin on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at my home in Oshawa. Cost is $130.00 plus $15.00 for handouts. Total $145.00. A Level Three Manual is not available. The text book required for this semester is Transits by Robert Hand. [p]Prerequisite for this class: Students must have taken Level One and Two Astrology or Astrology One, Two, Three and Four.

  • Level 3- Part 1- TorontoThis Level 3- Part 1 class will be held on Thursday evenings from 7-9 p.m., beginning on Oct. 30th, 2008 and running for six weeks until December 3rd.
  • Level 3- EtobicokeThis level three class will be starting on September 28th and will be held on Sunday's from 9:30 to noon for eight sessions. Classes will not be taking place on October 12th and the 19th.
